Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your Christmas decorations and ensure they meet your holiday vision.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Product must be in resalable condition
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the seasonal nature and customization of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Assortment Bundles (as these are specially priced collections)
- Customized or personalized Christmas decorations
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products missing original packaging or tags

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely in its original packaging and include:
- Original invoice or packing slip
- Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Processing

- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process
