International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! However, please note we cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you enough time to inspect your Christmas decorations and ensure they meet your holiday vision.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Product must be in resalable condition
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the seasonal nature and special pricing of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Assortment Bundles (specially priced collections)
  • Customized or personalized Christmas decorations
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or tags

2Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a return authorization email with:

  • Return shipping address
  • Return authorization number
  • Specific instructions for your return

3Ship Your Return

Package your item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Original invoice or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Refund Processing

Refund Method

Exchange Process

International Returns

For our valued international customers (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia):

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
